I Think My Heart Is Telling

My spirit has been uneasy as of recent time. However, try as I might, I couldn't find relief. There exists a tightness in the heart and a general uneasiness. Ignoring, suppressing, and faking it doesn't work. Neo said that the best way to set yourself free is through meaningful expression. However, it is not the expression, but the things that need to be expressing. I believe everybody has those things that they don't want to admit to themselves, but there comes a time where it has to be admitted in order to move on. It's not always the most PC thing or the nicest thing, but it needs to be said. With that said, *inhales*:

• I love the man as my brother in Christ and I understand and respect the situation, but sometimes, I can't fuckin' stand the thought of Lamar.
  
• Living far apart from people you see as romantic prospects sucks ass.
  
• Fuck what you gotta say if all you're gonna say is based on assumptions.
  
• I understand you got an erratic baby daddy, but between you and the fam, somebody better check the motherfucker.
  
• If people don't invite you to their home, there's a reason why.
  
• Yea, I got a quirk for quoting music lyrics and singing all the time. You got a problem with it, consult your physician.
  
• If you think anything I say that you don't agree is my way of trying to offend you, then you probably deserve to be offended... *see assumption rant*
  
• Fuck you if you got a "you're too young" complex, judging me before you get to know me.
  
• The world's supply of tobacco and marijuana should be destroyed, never to return.
  
• Don't fuck with me if you think I'm the Goody-Two-Shoes that will ruin your law-breaking good time.
  
• Ray Charles has a song "You Don't Know Me." Remember that.
  
• I got a bachelor's degree in Engineering, not psychiatry. Don't turn every conversation we have into your sob story. You are not my second career.
  
• Negative influences gotta go.
  
• Your hissy fits are your business. Don't love me and hate me because you feel like it.
  
• If all you come to the club in is a fishnet shirt and a thong, don't get mad when dudes look at you and grope at you like a ho. It's a two-way street.
  
• If you're gonna stand somebody up, at least have the gonads to 'fess up to it. Acting like the shit didn't happen does nobody any good. Man the fuck up, people!
  
• Me doing my job comes before chatting it up with you. Understand that and all of a sudden, you'll find that I'm "ignoring" you less.
  
• Just because you fit one of these doesn't mean that I got any less luv for you. It just is what it is.
  
• Letting go is a motherfucker, but it's GOT TO BE DONE.
  
• 2006 is gonna be a kick in the teeth of reality for a lot of people.
