Girl Don't Come

People who stand people up straight up SUCK!! What the hell is the purpose of making a date and hyping the other person up, only to fail when it's crunch time? How hard is it to give advance notice or just flat out say "I can't make it." Don't just say "I'm doing this, gimme 20 mins., etc" and never follow up on it! We're ADULTS, for crying out loud! It makes you look bad, but it also makes ME look bad for co-signing on your reliability. If you plan to stand someone up, sit your self down and think: is it really worth it? You see that cell phone in your pocket/on the clip? USE IT. You say you have it for emergencies, STANDING SOMEONE UP SHOULD BE WORTHY OF SOME URGENT ATTENTION!! *whew* That feels better.
