You people that don't have Cingular need to get on the bus. I can't tell you how much it sucks to halt a convo at 11:30 in the morning, having to wait until 9:01 that night for night minutes to kick in (which are NOT always unlimited, contrary to urban legend). My family has also gotten with the times and since everyone has a cell phone, we have done away with our land line (which would cost a fortune in long distance charges talking to some of you). Mobile-to-mobile is where it's at. Notice, I didn't say PCS-2-PCS or a friggin' "in" network.
These cell phone companies knew what they were doing when they set the night minutes marker to 9:00pm. By that time, everybody's asleep. The ones that aren't only give you a 3 hour window before THEY go to sleep. Then, you can't wait too much longer, or you'll get to a point where YOU'RE too sleepy to talk. Drat those damn economists did their homework on this one.
I'm nocturnal, though, so 9:00 night mins. are just fine with me. It gives me time to handle my business during daylight hours and lollygag on the phone at night. Non-Cingular folk constipate our relationship with their lacking cellular services and their conflicting time schedules. Get in, get with it, and get comfortable. Let's chit-chat.
