I made my debut back at Kenny's last night. This time, though, I brought some of my music with me. See, in the past couple weeks, I have been working on some tracks that fit in the spirit of bounce. My niche, however, is that I focus on old school music. While everyone else is remixing the same songs and biting off each other, I'm in my element and making it happen.
The DJ @ Kenny's let me hit the console and DJ it up for everyone. I saw this as a prime opportunity to introduce Kenny's to what I have to offer. So, I snuck in my music and people LIKED IT!!
However, the best thing about it was the remix to a song called "I Really Love You", by DeNetria Champ, a gospel singer. I got the right beat and laced it. I played it in Kenny's and yet again, they loved it. Actually getting gospel to pierce the thick outer layer of the club was a personal accomplishment for me. I will be branching off and doing more tracks like this to fit what I will call "gospel bounce". Proof that God's word will not be denied!!

P.S. I will be posting up the song later on today.
