Saints spirit is VERY much alive in this city! I was at a Wal-Mart yesterday, looking for paper towels. All of a sudden, I hear singing, and a line of Wal-Mart empolyees come BURSTING out the Employees Only stockroom, decked in black and gold, holding umbrellas and napkins, yelling "WHO DAT? WHO DAT? WHO DAT SAY DEY GON' BEAT DEM SAINTS?" I gotta tell ya. This is PHENOMENAL. Even if we lose today, this Saints franchise is doing innumerable amounts of help for a city that's being heralded for destruction and anarchy. Saints go all the way! I now know how those fans in the movie The Replacements feel. A new bunch of guys with the hunger to win and get the job done CAN really revitalize a community's faith in not only the team, but the city as a whole. You WANT to be a part of the winning group. To have that winning group FINALLY be from your hometown, it's just crazy. I'm here looking at Saints videos on Youtube. There is a video about the Saints taking the field before what appears to be a San Francisco game at the Dome. MADNESS! They had the Giorgio Moroder "Tony's Theme" from Scarface playing as the Saints were running out. It's crazy! So crazy that I'm posting it here!
GEAUX SAINTS!!!-B
