This link points to video of news coverage of a story about a teacher being suspended for using the "n" word in regards to an African-American student of his. The teacher (who is Caucasian) believes there's nothing wrong with using it if his students use it all the time, and is appealing the 10-day suspension without pay. Here you can see him try to justify his actions before the on-site reporter (ironically, the only African-American reporter on camera at that station), even holding up signs to illustrate his point. Watch it and come to your own conclusions, but my reaction is:
