Stop Her on Sight

Okay, check it out. I was at Kenny's Key West this week by a wicked turn of events I rather not go into. I was, however, able to come up with another theory.

The "Financial Risk" Theory

This theory is an ideal that is based around and in conjunction with my "Vagina Discount" theory, which encompasses any opportunity women have to make their clubbing experience easier because they are women (lower cover charge, free drinks, buffet, easy access to VIP, etc.). Knowing that the Vagina Discount principle is alive and well, you know that men are on the short end of the stick. Knowing this, you also know that the club may have alternative methods and climbing cover charges ($10 before 11pm, $20 after, for example). Knowing these 2 facts, you know that the brothers have the chance of having elevated pricing coming their way. I don't know about everyone, but I'm the type that believes in getting the most for my money. I'm sure a lot of guys share the sentiment. "If I'm paying $20-$30 to get into the club, I'm getting my money's worth!!" is what they may say to themselves. Since the prime attraction for the money-toting males in the club is the women, these guys may make the women their primary means of getting their money's worth. Knowing this, there is a proportional relation to the cover charge and the amount of harrassment you may encounter.

Of course, as with all things, there are conditions. It heavily depends on the age and maturity of the crowd. An older or more well-off crowd has no problem with paying the large dollar amounts without expecting a heaping helping in return. It also depends on the music being played. If there is not a lot of booty-grinding music on, then the chances of a lot of grinding going on is relatively low, as opposed to a bunch of "shake it, shake it, drop it like it's hot" music. Also, the alcohol/marijuana intake has a big part, too. Anything that may help to alter your judgement or "right state of mind" stands a chance to mess up your good time.

Taking these considerations in hand, the relation between the two forces is indirectly related. Interesting.
