I've been on vacation in Memphis last week, so I have not been able to (nor did I care to) blog. However, there was an incident that I HAVE to comment on. I went to a wonderful restaurant called Rafferty's. It's a kind of pub-ish spot, the food is great.
I saw the name, made a Mike Brown/FEMA joke and kept going (I come all the way from New Orleans to this, I said). We get seated and we were introduced to our waitress:
A very nice woman. Her name? KATRINA!
I had fun throughout the rest of the meal. I just had to share that experience with you all.
